That was seriously delicious. I'm glad you shared the recipe. :)
What is the green stuff on top?? You told me but I can't remember. And yes it was DELICIOUS!
Yes, it was so good! And you should say that you used peaches, not nectarines. I think I just did it for you. MMMM MMMM GOOD.
Wow--I just stumbled upon your blog! Your food looks GREAT! Thanks for sharing! I love fresh fruit right now.
Diane,
I sprinkled a little freshly chopped mint on top for color. Not really part of the recipe, but I thought it looked nice.
Sarah,
Good call - yes, I used peaches not nectarines (although I would have used nectaries if I had them cause I think they would have held their shape better with all the mixing).
I'm so glad you're all here!
Lizzy
mmmm....sounds delish! i think i'll have to try that this week!
I've made this multiple times over the summer and I love it! I substituted mangoes for nectarines, however, because my sister loves mangoes. Its great no matter what's in it!
Does anyone know how many this serves? I want to make this for 70 people. Thanks!:)
